Popular K-POP SS501 had open a solo concert on 25th April at Saitama Super Arena with 6000 members who have signed up with Hallyu Fan Card.

In Japan, felt puzzled/embarassed?

There are Korean and Japanese words that have the same pronounciation but different meanings.
Mmm....
oh.. in Japanese I mixed up with "doryoku shimasu"(refers to work hard, putting in effort) and "nouryoku shimasu"(refers to ability)
Kept mixing it up as in Korean, working hard is pronounced as "noryoku"

right? (looking to side at staff for confirmation)

Mixing up the words, when I said "noryoku shimasu"(referring to work hard), I was taken as saying having the ability instead.

At that time, due to not knowing the difference in same pronounciation, was unable to communicate naturally.

ooh... when I first came to Japan, I said to the stylist, "Please give me mokkori (necklace in korean)."
But the stylist looked at me oddly..

Comparing Japanese and Korean language, it is really interesting.

Really surprised..
(can't really hear clearly..but the host was saying something like one will feel embarassed when said mokkori)

As the expression are different...
When I said I go the health.
In return, I would be asked, "From morning?"
I would reply "Of cause to go in the morning right"

In Korean, gym is call health but Japan it is different.

I felt the difference between the culture and language.

In Japanese.. it actually refers to men having a hard on (em.."standing up" u know what I mean eh?.. lol.. )
So you can imagine Hyun Joong saying that to the stylist.. XP

For the "going to health".
In Japanese, they call gym as gym.
But when one say going to health and especially in the morning..
If I remember correctly...lol.. it more of refers to one going for "special kind of massage" ...^^

Back from Korea!

The two shots together yesterday was a dream^^
Even till now, still feeling excited about it.（*^_^*）。

Starting from 27th July, DATV 『Kim Hyun Joong~Just the way he is~』special guest will be Oguri Shun!

At a restaurant in Seoul, even though have talked to Kim Hyun Joong and Oguri Shun,
both of them were tall and handsome,
the 2 of them looks like as if they had jump out from the drama

Still chucking that Seoul Day1 aside..(not in the mood to finalize it..lol..)
Was surfing around the other day and suddenly I have the urge to see the place that I stayed in Japan looked like now.. Thought it be good to include a Tokyo memories before I get too old and forget about it.. ^^
It's been so long that I have forgot the address..(^^ゞ
But I do still remember my apartment name and the eki that I always go to.^^
So I'm able to trace it with the help of Google Map.. ^^

Nice name eh? lol... though my mom had hard time writing the address everytime she had to send mi something..(^^ゞ
Not very good view though... it's the one on the left of Bookoff (a secondhand bookstore which also sells CDs, DVDs, videos etc.)
Yup, I had one right beside my place and for the 2 years that I'm there, I never visited it at all.. XP
This was the 2nd place that I stayed during my time in Japan. The first was a dormitory which I can't seemed to find any pics..(@_@。

Taking for granted in life?

This has been chucked in the draft (together with my Day1 Seoul trip..lol..) for the longest time..So before it's pushed to the next page and I prob will forget about it.. I'll better press the "publish post" button first..^^

Well, it doesn’t applies to all but at some point of time.. I suppose there is just this one thing in life that we take things for granted?

In daily life, I never have the need to do any household chores. My mom attempted to ask me to sweep the floor but I end up sneezing so much that she got fed up and took the broom from me and said she rather do it herself.. lol..
I never have the chance to wash any clothes either.. it sort of became a “default” that mom is the one doing it.
Breakfast and dinner was the same too… mom was the “default”.. ^^

It all became different when I was in Japan. I had to do ALL the stuffs myself. Surprisingly, I enjoyed doing groceries shopping and laundry.. XD
I even enjoyed trying out cooking…like making pancakes, something which my mom would never make. Though the first try came out as a black one..lol.. but subsequently, I got the hang of it.. ^^
I also have to learn to remember to pay the monthly bills for rent, water, gas, electricity.. bills which I never have to bother about back home.

These went on for 3 over years before I returned back home and everything was back to the same as before..
Well, more or less since now that I have to pay my own bills instead..lol..

Then there came the health issues.. though I’m not that young nor am I that old.. lol.. I never think much about it. Most wun have much problems with it during my age.. ^^
